Rescheduling & Cancellations

We recognize that unforeseen circumstances can occur. You have until 24 hours before your appointment to cancel or rebook. You can make changes by calling us.

If you completely miss an appointment and you did not call us 24 hours before the appointment, you will be charged $70 for your missed appointment unless you have a valid reason.

Insurance Accepted

Most insurance plans are accepted, and we will file the paper work for you. Our staff has years of experience filing claims in the state of North Carolina and are always ready to assist you.

Auto Accidents

If you have been injured in a motor vehicle accident, our office is authorized to provide you with chiropractic care -- to get you back to work and feeling like yourself again.  Our services are covered 100% by most insurance plans.
